關(guān)于遴選2014—2015年度中加學(xué)者交換項(xiàng)目候選人的通知
根據(jù)《中華人民共和國教育部與加拿大外交和國際貿(mào)易部關(guān)于中國－加拿大學(xué)者交換項(xiàng)目的諒解備忘錄》，2014-2015年度國家留學(xué)基金管理委員會(huì)（以下簡稱國家留學(xué)基金委）將選拔中加學(xué)者交換項(xiàng)目留學(xué)人員赴加拿大有關(guān)高校作為訪問學(xué)者開展學(xué)習(xí)和研究。現(xiàn)根據(jù)國家留學(xué)基金委的要求，將有關(guān)事宜通知如下：
1.選派專業(yè)：申請(qǐng)人從事有關(guān)加拿大的研究，側(cè)重于社會(huì)科學(xué)和人文學(xué)科，如商學(xué)、經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)、法律、國際關(guān)系、歷史、政治、社會(huì)學(xué)、地理、藝術(shù)、英語或法語文學(xué)、語言學(xué)、教育、傳播政策、媒體研究、規(guī)劃、科學(xué)政策、社會(huì)管理、環(huán)境研究、建筑及其它相關(guān)領(lǐng)域。
4.選派規(guī)模：不超過100人·月/年（即每年錄取人員留學(xué)期限之和不超過100個(gè)月），我校推薦人數(shù)不超過2人。
在加留學(xué)期間的獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金（約2200加元/月）、由加出入境城市至留學(xué)目的地的食宿費(fèi)（最高為350加元）及醫(yī)療保險(xiǎn)費(fèi)用均由加方承擔(dān)；國家留學(xué)基金提供一次性往返國際旅費(fèi)。
2.留學(xué)語言為英/法語。英/法語水平和能力應(yīng)得中方推薦教授的認(rèn)可。語言水平須滿足以下任一項(xiàng)：
①.英語水平應(yīng)達(dá)到TOEFL成績80分以上或雅思成績5.5分以上；
③.加方接受導(dǎo)師出具的申請(qǐng)人語言水平可滿足在加研修需要的書面證明（英文，電子郵件亦可）。
3.需具有碩士或碩士以上學(xué)位，碩士畢業(yè)后一般應(yīng)具有2年以上工作經(jīng)歷，對(duì)博士畢業(yè)的申請(qǐng)人，沒有工作年限的要求。
4．申請(qǐng)人的學(xué)術(shù)水平和研究計(jì)劃的學(xué)術(shù)質(zhì)量將作為選拔的首要標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
5.優(yōu)先考慮那些研究課題旨在促進(jìn)對(duì)加拿大認(rèn)識(shí)和了解的申請(qǐng)人。
6.優(yōu)先考慮那些研究項(xiàng)目能夠在申請(qǐng)人回國后在中國產(chǎn)生廣泛影響的申請(qǐng)人，可通過出版專著、在著名學(xué)術(shù)刊物上發(fā)表論文的方式，亦可通過其它方式使其研究成果在中國得以更廣泛地傳播。
1.申請(qǐng)人需在2013年12月20日前向國際處提交校內(nèi)申請(qǐng)推薦表（見附件一）。
2.2013年12月26日-28日，學(xué)校評(píng)審確定正式候選人，并通知候選人進(jìn)行網(wǎng)上報(bào)名。
3.被確定的候選人需在2014年1月1日-1月20日登錄國家留學(xué)基金委網(wǎng)上報(bào)名系統(tǒng)：http://apply.csc.edu.cn，填寫《出國留學(xué)申請(qǐng)表》，完成網(wǎng)上報(bào)名。網(wǎng)報(bào)時(shí)，受理機(jī)構(gòu)名稱請(qǐng)選擇“直接上報(bào)基金委”，項(xiàng)目名稱請(qǐng)選擇“中加學(xué)者交換項(xiàng)目”。
4.請(qǐng)完成網(wǎng)上報(bào)名的申請(qǐng)人在2014年1月21日中午12點(diǎn)之前向國際處提交以下書面申請(qǐng)材料

獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金英/法文申請(qǐng)表第一頁；教育經(jīng)歷（單獨(dú)一頁）；工作經(jīng)歷（單獨(dú)一頁）；獲獎(jiǎng)情況（單獨(dú)一頁）
第一頁按要求填寫，其它均須使用英文。
在加拿大擬開展研究的具體說明，須附不少于500字的中文說明；
計(jì)劃留學(xué)加拿大的具體機(jī)構(gòu)及院系名稱并具體說明選擇該機(jī)構(gòu)的原因；
具體說明本人已和哪些加拿大機(jī)構(gòu)及學(xué)者有著怎樣的聯(lián)系與合作；
結(jié)合赴加研究的計(jì)劃具體說明須在加留學(xué)時(shí)間；
詳細(xì)說明本項(xiàng)目對(duì)本人職業(yè)上的發(fā)展有何裨益及回國后如何把在加留學(xué)期間所取得的成果應(yīng)用在職業(yè)發(fā)展上。
（3）簽字表，即獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金英/法文申請(qǐng)表第三頁。
加方機(jī)構(gòu)正式邀請(qǐng)信。
申報(bào)材料須單獨(dú)裝訂成冊(cè)。
國家留學(xué)基金委與加拿大駐華使館組織專家對(duì)申請(qǐng)材料進(jìn)行會(huì)議評(píng)審，并確定項(xiàng)目候選人名單。
被錄取人員將以國家公派留學(xué)人員身份于2014年派出，具體派出時(shí)間以加方通知為準(zhǔn)。
