Requirement:

1.Bachelor degree

2.Major in Leather / Light Chemistry Engineer

3.Open-minded and team player

4.Fluent English, both spoken and written

5.Can work under pressure, practical

6.Willing to travel

Career Path:

1^stperiod (3~4 months):

You’ll go through all the departments in tannery to get the whole picture about ECCO

2^ndperiod(3~4 months):

You’ll fix in one department(usually in production or technical-related department) for further study

3^rdperiod:

You’ll stabilize in one position as production supervisor or technician and take your contribution
