崗位職能和要求（JD Technical Trainee）如下：
JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Title: Technical Trainee
Function: R&D
Location: Shanghai, P. R. China
MAIN RESPONSABILITIES:
- Assist R&D Centre technicians or technical superiors on related products lab test and experiments;
- File and compile related products lab test record or report;
- Operate related production or laboratory’s instruments, equipments etc after qualified training;
- Collaborate with related technical or experts on lab record collection, analysis and consolidation, and properly operate or modulate
related lab or production facilities under superior’s instruction;
- Closely work with Engineering, Operations or other functions’ peers on related products development or production initiatives;
- Other tasks assigned by superior;
REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATION:
- Bachelor degree majored in Leather Engineering, Chemical Engineering or related disciplinary;
- Good command of oral and written English (CET-4 ) ;
- Knowledge of MS office;
- Willing to accept challenges and work under pressure, excellent execution and team work spirit;
- Result-oriented and self-motivated;
