1. 銷售顧問

Job Purpose工作目的:

“To deliver an exceptional Lane Crawford experience for every customer and to achieve agreed business unit and individual sales targets”

Customer Service客戶服務(wù)

* To deliver consistent, sincere and responsive service and ensure the Lane Crawford standards are consistently executed at all times

* To take every opportunity to deliver our service promise – Making every customer feel Great eg building rapport, understanding the customers’ needs and being proactive to anticipate and deliver service above and beyond the customers expectation

* To actively build long term relationships with customers

* To ensure that all sales are followed up with after sales service activities such as reserve, gift wrapping, dispatch and delivery, concierge service every time

Sales銷售

* To achieve agreed individual monthly sales targets

* To be proactive in identifying selling opportunities that will help achieve the sales targets

* To be proactive in recruiting new customers to enlarge the customer base to help to achieve the sales targets.

* To capture all key data from customers to build client database for clienteling purposes and develop sales plan for clienteling activities

* To be proactive and willing to put in extra effort to achieve personal and team sales target

Product Knowledge產(chǎn)品知識

* To be able to provide the customer with fashion trends and product information that will enable them to make an informed decision about the item they wish to purchase

能夠向顧客介紹時(shí)尚趨勢和產(chǎn)品知識,讓他們做出有關(guān)自己希望購買的產(chǎn)品的明智決定

* To be able to communicate confidently the unique selling points and the features and benefits of the product

* To actively use this product knowledge to provide mix and match ideas for the customer and to up-sell to maximize the sales value

* To be open to new products and learning new things

* To ensure daily housekeeping standards are maintained at all times

* To maintain visual merchandise presentation in line with VM Brand Book

* To prevent stock and pilferage by being alert present on the floor at all times and informing manager / security of potential issues

2. 助理個(gè)人形象顧問

Job Purpose工作目的:

The position is accountable for providing personalized styling and consultation service for customers, with an objective to foster customer loyalty and spending growth.

該職位負(fù)責(zé)為顧客提供個(gè)人形象設(shè)計(jì)和咨詢服務(wù),培養(yǎng)顧客忠誠度,推動消費(fèi)增長。

Sales & Profit銷售及盈利

* To consistently achieve monthly and annual personal sales targets set by the company and with the endeavor to try to exceed the targets.

始終達(dá)成公司設(shè)定的月度和年度個(gè)人銷售目標(biāo),并努力超越目標(biāo)。

* To proactively recruit new walk-in customers and cultivate the customers to become regular customers of theirs – ultimate goal is to increase sales.

積極主動爭取新的隨機(jī)顧客,并培養(yǎng)成為常客——最終目的在于提升銷售額。

Customer Service and Relationship Management客戶關(guān)系維護(hù)

* To consistently manage a portfolio of VIP customers and continue to grow the network to meet with the company’s business objective – to generate sales and increase customers’ loyalty.

始終堅(jiān)持管理VIP顧客檔案,并持續(xù)擴(kuò)展顧客網(wǎng)絡(luò),以實(shí)現(xiàn)公司的業(yè)務(wù)目標(biāo)——達(dá)成銷售并提高客戶忠誠度。

* To increase the “regular customer base” and generate referrals by keeping in touch with customers on a regular basis, depending on the customers’ preference.

* To proactively and consistently keep in regular contact with regular customers (monthly or as appropriate) to establish contact and build relations with the top100 MW and WW customers each season.

* To consistently be well prepared for styling appointments in advance by having the selection of clothing ready for the customer on their arrival.

* To proactively capture and provide feedback on products and/ or services received from the customers.

* To communicate any issues or concerns to Personal Styling Manager immediately concerning matters that will have any impact on customers

* To fully understand and be able to communicate our Omni-channel service to customers

* To proactively and consistently acquire in-depth knowledge of the latest international designer fashion trends by regularly reviewing fashion periodicals, fashion websites i.e. Style.com to stay abreast of the latest in the industry.
