吳重德，博士，教授，碩士生導師。2012年畢業于江南大學發酵工程專業，獲工學博士學位。2012年7月至2014年6月就職于四川大學輕紡與食品學院任講師，2014年7月至今為四川大學輕紡與食品學院副教授。主要從事微生物生理學及系統生物學、傳統發酵食品釀造技術方面的研究。近年來主持包括國家自然科學基金、四川省科技支撐計劃以及企業橫向課題多項。
