但年華,湖北省赤壁市人,博士,副教授,碩士生導(dǎo)師。四川大學(xué)輕化工程皮革工程教研室主任、四川大學(xué)生物質(zhì)研究所所長、四川省皮革學(xué)會理事、《皮革科學(xué)與工程》雜志編委。
主要研究方向:
膠原基生物材料、醫(yī)用生物質(zhì)材料、皮革。主要包括:各型醫(yī)用膠原及提取物、生物功能敷料、脫細(xì)胞真皮基質(zhì)、止血材料、醫(yī)用膜材料、醫(yī)用凝膠、各種功能型皮革等。
特點(diǎn)專長:
具有Ⅲ類醫(yī)療器械的研發(fā)、產(chǎn)業(yè)化和注冊經(jīng)驗(yàn)。《豬皮脫細(xì)胞真皮基質(zhì)敷料》獲得Ⅲ類醫(yī)療器械注冊證。
教學(xué)工作情況:
承擔(dān)《生物質(zhì)科學(xué)與工程導(dǎo)論》、《皮化材料結(jié)構(gòu)與性能》、《制革工藝學(xué)Ⅰ》、《企業(yè)實(shí)訓(xùn)》、《生態(tài)皮革制造過程虛擬仿真》等碩士研究生、本科生課程。
科研工作情況:
主要從事膠原基醫(yī)用生物材料、皮革清潔技術(shù)的研究與產(chǎn)業(yè)化。隸屬于四川大學(xué)生物醫(yī)學(xué)工程技術(shù)研究中心醫(yī)用生物質(zhì)材料研究室、四川大學(xué)生物質(zhì)研究所、制革化學(xué)與工程教育部重點(diǎn)研究室,所在團(tuán)隊獲得四川大學(xué)“育人文化建設(shè)標(biāo)兵團(tuán)隊”稱號。
作為項目負(fù)責(zé)人(或子課題負(fù)責(zé)人)承擔(dān)國家級項目2項、自然科學(xué)基金2項、博士點(diǎn)基金1項、四川省支撐計劃1項、四川省自然科學(xué)基金1項、橫向項目10余項。作為第一發(fā)明人已獲國家發(fā)明專利15項,參與獲得/申請國家發(fā)明專利60余項。
曾獲部級科技獎勵2項,市級科技獎勵2項,校級獎勵6項。曾就職于武漢皮革化工廠、佰樂金生物科技有限公司、江陰奔翔生物科技有限公司、河北辛集騰躍制革廠,先后曾擔(dān)任質(zhì)檢科長、技術(shù)部經(jīng)理、生產(chǎn)部經(jīng)理等職,擁有較豐富的生物材料、皮革產(chǎn)業(yè)化經(jīng)驗(yàn)。

與皮革行業(yè)企業(yè)、醫(yī)療器械企業(yè)建立了廣泛的合作關(guān)系。作為興業(yè)皮革科技股份有限公司“國家認(rèn)定企業(yè)技術(shù)中心”內(nèi)部專家參與中心研究工作,與江陰奔翔生物科技有限公司產(chǎn)學(xué)研合作研發(fā)新一代生物敷料和Ⅲ類醫(yī)療器械,與科樂金生物科技有限公司開展止血材料等植入類產(chǎn)品的研發(fā),與湖北人福藥輔有限公司開展功能性膠囊的合作,與四川省纖維檢測局合作開展功能性皮革的研究。
